Chris of Eminence Cars contacted us two weeks ago to discuss the prospect of building a website from scratch for his new business – a luxury chauffeur service.

After an initial meeting to get an idea of his business, and what he wanted to get from his website, we sent a questionnaire to gain some more information. Providing the design team a more detailed insight into the company’s target audience, branding requirements, colour scheme, feel and flow and what is needed from us.

The brief included:

  • A 10-15 page website (including pages with services, Get a Quote system and testimonials),
  • Content for each page
  • Logo Design
  • Social media set up and posts,
  • Hosting and unlimited monthly support (including content updates and changes),
  • To attract more customers with a slick, classy website design.

The design team sent Chris several basic website designs that we felt best represented his brand. This gave him the option to choose his preferred layout.


After choosing the look of his new website, Chris decided it was time to rebrand his logo at the same time to fit the style. This was so that the logo would clearly represent the services he offered.

Once the website was complete, we met with Chris again for a final run-through of the Eminence Cars. This was so we could show him what we had completed based on the information given. It was also the perfect opportunity to make any final changes and answer any questions.

Although we had made sure we kept Chris informed of each stage of the website design, we feel it is always a good option to have the final “face to face” meeting to clarify any queries.

Over a cup of tea, the team were happy to hear that Chris felt the website had achieved his “slick” vision, making it the perfect way to promote his business and give customers a point of contact for his services.
